This hands-on cooking class explores Italian cuisine beyond familiar pasta dishes. Your chef instructor will teach you to make an easy Italian salsa verde to serve with juicy pork loin chops. Upgrade your culinary skills while crafting a vibrant citrus and fennel salad and making classic focaccia from scratch. For dessert, indulge in luscious zabaglione with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I really hope you read this!. I very rarely write poor reviews, but the class was expensive, and I was very disappointed. Firstly however, I just want to say that I liked the facility, and the supporting staff in the kitchen were phenomenal! However, I think the chef’s name was David, but he never introduced himself. It was stated in the description that it was a beginner class, however, he didn’t explain to us or show us how to do anything, so you had to ask. At that point, he was very condescending. For example, the first thing he had us do was separate egg yolks, but I’d never done that. He just told the class, “Separate the egg yolks,” and he never showed us HOW. What is intuitive to him is not intuitive to everyone, and that’s why we’re in the beginner class. He also didn’t tell us what we were doing for which dish. For example, “toast the capers.” For what? What will we be putting them in? In addition, the meal was way too complicated for beginners; there were too many dishes, and they were pretty difficult. My strong suggestion is that truly beginner classes should have smaller, less complicated meals so there is time to show people how to do it. And please don’t mark that it’s a class is for beginners when it’s really not. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! I’m going to give it one more shot…
